EYE Lighting International of North America, Inc. Announces successful completion of
ISO 9001:2000 Certification

   

CLEVELAND (June, 2004) -- In a continuing effort to provide quality products and services to our valued customers, EYE Lighting International of North America Inc. has successfully completed ISO 9001:2000 certification. 

This 13-month effort included a comprehensive review of all company policies and procedures including: customer service, documentation systems, quality practices, vendor certification, business forms, new product introduction and commercialization processes, and all other policies that ultimately affect our customers.  

During this period all company policies and operational procedures were updated/revised in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards.  One hundred percent of the EYE Lighting International Inc. employees received training in the updated policies and procedures with the ultimate goal of providing our valued customers with the best possible quality and service.
